Skyway Air Taxi, LLC Terms & Conditions
Skyway Air Taxi, LLC (Skyway) is a Certificated Air Carrier and all air taxi flights are conducted under Part 135 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR).
Skyway flights are subject to availability and will be scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis.
All flights are conducted within aircraft operating and maximum weight limitations.
While Skyway operates in a wide array of weather conditions, some conditions may result in a delay or cancellation. Skyway will work with you around any weather-associated delays or cancellations.
Skyway requires a major credit card on file or funds wired in advance of any scheduled flight. Credit cards will be validated in advance of a trip for the quoted price and then charged upon completion of the flight unless other arrangements are made in advance.
No charge or a full refund will be provided for any flights cancelled by Skyway due to unexpected circumstances or adverse weather conditions.
Flights cancelled by a customer within 24 hours of the first scheduled departure time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the quoted price. However, Skyway may at it’s sole option apply those funds to a future flight for that customer.
